Shipping and Return Policy

Holiday Shipping: 

Get it there by Christmas! For customers shipping within the US, we recommend placing all of your holiday gift orders by Sunday, December 17th, 2017. We will make every possible effort to get your Iconic Duo order to your door, or to the door of your recipient, before December 25th. The earlier you place your orders, the more assurance you will have that your gifts will get to where they need to be in time. But, things can happen. The following are the most likely scenarios for delay and possible delivery after Christmas:

  • Delivery delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Bulk orders processing
  • Unavailable stock (backordered products)

For customers shipping to Canada, we unfortunately cannot make guarantees for delivery dates due to the variability of customs processing. But, we will do what we can to rapidly process your order for shipment so that your order is on its way as soon as possible.

 

Shipping: 

We offer free shipping on all orders!  *Orders made with a first month free gift card or coupon code are subject to shipping fees.
 
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, but often sooner. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.  

All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. USPS Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped. Return Policy 
We gladly accept stuff in new condition for a full refund. You have 21 days to return items after you receive your shipment.  

Please email info@turmerical.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line, along with your Order # to receive a Return Form + Return Shipping Label. Please note, we will deduct $6 from your refund to cover return shipping costs. We are not able to offer Return Labels for international orders at this time. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a full refund and then placing a new order for the correct item. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. If you choose not to use our Return Label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
